When there is an vacant tableau on the desk you should initially transfer a number of playing cards on to it before you can click on the inventory. If there are less then 10 cards in Enjoy you could no more have at least one card for each tableu and thus can not increase cards from your inventory, so don't be too zealous when building finish runs.
